Evotec is committed to protecting our customers’ privacy. We only record the personal and business information we need to do business with you and we store and maintain it in accordance with the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 and all relevant laws.
Your customer information is stored on a server protected by the latest Web and IT security software and a network firewall. Once we have finished using your information, we destroy both hard and soft copies securely.
The only companies that have access to this information are Evotec and Evotec HLS.
We do not pass on any information to outside marketing companies. We will never pass your information on to other parties, either within Australia or outside it. The only exception to this would be when we are required to do so by law, or if it is necessary as part of our business with you: For example – to establish a Product Warranty with a US Manufacturer.
We try to limit the marketing information we send you to that which is relevant to your needs and we aim to limit the number of marketing e-mails we send you to two per month. You may unsubscribe from our e-mails at any time.
