Evotec understands the important role your information technology plays in your business. Our PriorITel agreements are your assurance that your technology and your business are our priority and will provide you with guaranteed service from a company with intimate knowledge of your technology solution.
A PriorITel Agreement entitles you to a number of benefits;
- Evotec managed monitoring – Evotec onsite installation of Evotec monitoring for servers and critical infrastructure
- Evotec Remote Support Tool – Installation of Evotec Remote Support Tool on all servers, desktops and notebook computers for easy access support form Evotec IT Staff.
- Monthly Critical Maintenance – Scheduled Quarterly “Out of hour” Maintenance for installation of updates, security fixes, firmware upgrades to critical equipment
- Priority Service – PriorITel clients receive priority over non-PriorITel customers for on-site services and remote services.
- Premium Response Times – Four hour response for any critical equipment or system failure. Next business day response for all other faults as deemed non-urgent.
- Discounted Service Rates – Any additional work preformed that is not covered by PriorITel maintenance is discounted for PriorITel members
- Discounted Remote Charge Rates – Software upgrades will be provided for critical equipment
- Annual Service Log – Evotec will provide an annual log of service issues and their rectification
- Reporting – Evotec will report on your system
