Editing Dialing

This enables optiset E display telephone users to delete numbers that have already been entered, and then to enter new ones. The numbers are dialed when the OK key is pressed or when the handset is lifted. If the handset is already off hook, dialing takes place when the loudspeaker key is pressed.

Rejecting Calls

By pressing a key, the user is able to reject an incoming call (internal or external) in ring status. The call that has been rejected will then follow the programmed call paths.

Storing Procedures on Keys

The user can store procedures on freely programmable keys (first level only). Any feature that can be executed as a procedure (such as external call forwarding and associated services) can be stored on a procedure key.

Storing the Project Code for Redial

Automatic storage of the project code in the redial memory can be activated throughout the system. Once the feature has been activated, the project code will be stored automatically, and will be used again for redial.

Automatic Callback

A connection to colleagues is set up automatically as soon as both parties are free or have returned, and signalled acoustically to the calling party.

Call Forwarding from an Extension

You can initiate immediate forwarding to another internal or external telephone or to an internal or external destination.

Call Pickup

Calls can be answered within a call pickup group or selectively for specific colleagues at individual telephones.

Conference

An internal/external user can be added on to a call already in progress. The user who initiated the conference can selectively remove individual call partners.

Display Telephone Directory

All extensions are stored in the system's telephone directory together with the associated names. They can be searched for and directly dialed via the display.

Door Station

By connecting a suitable interface, the entrance telephone and door opener function can be implemented at any telephone. Doorbell ringing can also be routed to telephones. Up to four separate entrance telephones can be set up. Calls from the entrance telephone can follow activated external call forwarding.

Group Ringing

It
is possible for calls to be signalled in parallel to all members of a group for a total of 8 groups with 8 members each. Individual users can temporarily disconnect themselves from the group.

Hunting Group

Each call is directed to a specific extension within a defined group, or is offered to the members of the group in rotation. The call "hunts" for the next available agent.

Music on Hold

Music
is injected for waiting callers. Additional individual music variations are possible via an external source.
