Agent redirect service gives remote users the ability to login to existing call centre infrastructures from any voice device. A logged on user is allocated a monitored circuit dynamically and can be reported on equally with an existing reporting package. The remote users are able to change their user status and enter their redirecting number from either a voice prompt menu or a web browser.
